Always amazed by how well this stuff works while being safe for animals and kids once it’s dry. Been a client since 2021 and can’t say I’ve had a better service over the may years. Mosquitos in particular - my patio is free of that annoyance while my neighbors not so much. That’s worth the price alone. And if you’re in Dallas, Chase is the one to request. You’ll thank me later. This place is an endless scam. They straight up lied to my face about what was included when they sold me this plan door-to-door. Even though they lied, they won’t let me out of a 2 year contract. They would be happy to “upgrade” me to the plan they originally told me I purchase for an absurd increase in price. I pay almost double what I paid before for worse service.
Today they tell me that wasps/hornets aren’t covered even though I was specifically told they were and the same company even put up a wasp bcatcjer bag last year. Every experience with these people is a gamble, they show up randomly, I have more insects than I’ve had with any other company in my life. Counting the days until this scam of a contract is over so I can cancel without owning them my firstborn child.

Very disappointed that I was sold a pest control/lawn service with the sales rep that came to my door. I guess they’ll literally say anything to get your business. Now my lawn looks like garbage after 8 months.
I would not recommend this company.
UPDATE:
I have contacted your company several times over the past few days and received several answers as to whether or not you even do lawn service. For some reason, NO ONE KNOWS!! I spoke to Honey, John and Tyler is who set up my contract, deceptively I might add.

Daniel (Van Alstyne area) exclusively kept my husband and I from choosing to do business with Aptive. We just moved to a new build on a 1 acre lot. We are needing indoor and outdoor pest control. We’ve been here a total of 3 days and Daniel has been on our property at least twice. I gave him my number during the first interaction when he approached me in my garage. I explained that my husband works long hours and that we would reach out when ready. He asked if he could come when my husband gets home from work (he suggested 9pm). I told him NO. I was very clear that I have young kids and when my husband gets home it is OUR time to be with him. That being said, my husband and I spoke and we decided we would give Aptive a try. Being that we just moved and we have kids in sports, our free time in the last 24 hours has been limited. We had every intention of reaching out next week to begin service. Tonight, Daniel came to my door the minute my husband got home. I answered the door and Daniel told me he wanted to speak to my husband. I told him that I had already asked him not to come by in the evening and referenced the reasonings. I gave him the first time. Daniel decided the best response would be to argue with me. With attitude, he told me that it’s still light outside. I politely told him the way he was acting, would keep us from doing business as a warning. But he proceeded to argue and be disrespectful to the point that I had to tell him to leave our property. Once again, Daniel acted with the upmost unprofessionalism. He decided to walk through the middle of our front yard. The same property he wanted us to trust that he would care for, he disrespected right in front of our cameras. Aptive is no longer welcome on our property.
Daniel, we understand you’re a kid, but you sir need to grow up.
