  Make sure you go in side and check in your equipment rental maybe even take a picture and video. Months ago We rented a tow dolly and returned it same day, called inside and asked if we need to go in to check in she said “NO” . Well apparently it was taken from the lot or not properly reported returned. I stormed over there and spoke with U-Haul customer service and my next call was to the Pharr PD. I don’t know if it’s a scam they were trying to run but they picked the wrong one. Anyway they said it was settled, but then yesterday we try to rent a pick up from uhaul on cage and UHAUL HADNT REMOVED THE REPORT. It ended up being removed and were able to rent but with extra time and frustration. There are better places to rent your U-Haul equipment. I have never had any incidents with all the services I have used at other locations. Beware.

  Wow these business are truly taking advantage of the fake inflation. I go to get my lawn mower blade sharpened of which I paid $5 two months ago to find that now it has increased to $7.50 and now it has tax 😳😮 for a total of $8.13. This new age business practice has no moral high ground at all. And we as customers have to do better also. I made the mistake of not asking as she took it and was off to sharpen it without informing me the cost jumped over 50%. For the same 10 minute or less task. I’m totally speechless. But today after 9 years you have lost this customer to you unnecessary greed.

  Very poor service at the shop would not take any machine for repair very bad experience.
