Horrible and dishonest practice. Ever since Marco left, curbside pickup is horrible. Received message order was ready and drive 37 minutes to get there. Associate came to truck and gave me screws and told me have a nice day. I asked about all of the lumber and she looked the order back up and told me to go to lumber area. Long story short, after talking with her twice more and spending far to much time waiting, i found her in a lumber aisle on her phone, with 2 of my 14 order pieces of lumber. NOTHING of my order had been pulled, even though Lowes email me that my order was ready.
All total, 62 miles driven, almost 2 hours wasted and we didn't get any of what was ordered a full day in advance.
Thanks for nothing but deceit and disrespect Lowes.
