    I had a very frustrating experience at Lowe’s this morning. I arrived right at 6:00 AM to save time and get in and out quickly, but instead I ended up wasting over an hour and a half. I needed help with an issue that should have been simple, but no one was able to resolve it. I was asked to download the app twice and log in with my email, and it still didn’t work. After all that, I had to repurchase everything again because no one could fix the problem. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and professionalism. Employees were standing around talking to each other while I was clearly waiting for assistance. It felt like there was no accountability or real effort to help customers. I value my time, and I came early specifically to avoid delays. Instead, I left frustrated and behind schedule. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving customer service and employee training.

    Estuve más de 35 min esperando por un especialista del area de pinturas y nunca apareció, lo llamaron por los parlantes en 3 ocaciones y nunca vino al área para ofrecer su ayuda, me fui sin comprar el producto, es una falta de respeto y profesionalidad la de este establecimiento, son las 7:24 y me fui a Hone Depot a comprar lo que necesito

    I had a very poor experience with Lowe’s Fulfillment. While I was on the phone with an associate about issues with my order, a Fulfillment employee named Macy was talking in the background. She then took the phone and spoke to me in a loud and unprofessional manner. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, I later learned her name through the original associate. I filed a complaint with corporate, and while the interaction was noted, nothing was done to resolve my original issue: I was charged more than once for the same order. Corporate stated they didn’t know what to tell me. It’s disappointing that a company as large as Lowe’s could not resolve a simple billing issue or ensure professional customer service. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

    Very disappointing customer service from the manager at this location. The manager was an older woman with short black hair and glasses. I purchased drywall and Lowe’s states a 90-day return policy, yet she claimed it was only 30 days. When I mentioned that other Lowe’s stores have always honored 90 days, she replied, “Why don’t you go to the other Lowe’s stores then,” which was extremely unprofessional. The staff at the Pro Desk were actually helpful and tried to process the return, but they needed her approval. Instead of assisting, she gave me an attitude and refused to even look at my account before saying she couldn’t help. I ended up going to the McAllen Lowe’s with the same items and they refunded my purchase without any issue at all. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
