    It's sad how one employee especially being the manager (Selena) can make an experience awful. Our family went in looking for Christmas sales found a tree which Pedro was so kind to ask management for an additional discount since it was out of box with her approval we headed to pay Selena without hesitation or even asking started saying Pedro is not a manger he can't give discounts and this was out loud not professional at all. Pedro came to front and gave management name and her approval. Gloria was our cashier she was the sweetest. Because of Pedro educating us on credit card we went ahead and got it. This is the type of employee you need At home Pedro I hope you get recognized.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
