    It’s my absolute favorite store, I only gave it a 3 because of one of their rude employee. Just this past Saturday 10/25/25, after the coraline fest I went to At Home to see what decorations to buy for Christmas. It was my husband, my sister and my daughter there. We were so excited about the inflatables and their cheap prices to the HUGE ones!! My daughter got close to one BUT didn’t touch it. She was just telling me and showing which one she wanted us to get. Then this employee from behind comes raising her voice “don’t be touching the inflatables!” My daughter got scared and I said “there’s a little boy in between there he’s touching them!” She walked away laughing I said “what’s so damn funny??” And she walked away with a grinch box inflatable. I went straight to the front and spoke to a lady and she was very nice. I told her the situation that happened and asked if I remember who it was, I said “no, but she was by the inflatables” she then proceeded to describe her “black, long hair?” I said “yes!” The fact that she already knew who I was talking about says a lot! She apologized and called her thru the radio to speak to her. I went around still looking around. I believe it was the manager I spoke to, she went around looking for me and apologized once again. Other than that, I love the store it’s amazing!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
