  Hobby lobby always has great sales, but the layout of this store didn’t particularly make sense. They also had only 2-3 cashiers at a time and still manually type in all products instead of scanning them, which wastes a ton of time, and they don’t take Apple Pay.

  Returning at this store is a NIGHTMARE. (Leticia) was great, sweet, and friendly. But the cashier they had for returns and exchanges was new so this is not towards her at all. I also want to point out that I made markings on the receipt before going into the store to help them locate the items quicker and not hold up the line. 2 different transactions, same card used. The first return, I noticed the amount didn’t tally up to what I marked so I kindly pointed it out and she went back to fix it. Second return, same thing happens, the dollar amount doesn’t add up correctly. So I kindly pointed out again that I should be getting more back. The manager comes over voids the transaction and we begin again. I’m calm, I understand she’s still learning the system. But unfortunately it happens again. So I let her finish and walk over the manger on duty. I didn’t catch her name, but she has dirty blond hair. I told her that after attempting to return my items 3 times, my total still isn’t correct. So the manger takes over, scans my receipt and makes markings on the paper. She doesn’t look at the physical items to double check, wish is mistake #1. So this is now the 4th time I’ve had to insert my card to get my money back. I walk to the car and something in my spirit says it’s STILL WRONG. I go to the car, I check the damn receipt 4 times and sure enough there was an item that I wasn’t get refunded for, but they took up. At this point I’m pissed. The manger didn’t do her job correctly and I have now spent 45 minutes at hobby lobby unwillingly. I go back in, the manger with the dirty blonde hair passes the badge to the next person, I guess it’s her break, or she’s avoiding me because I’m back her store. Regardless, I explain to the new manager on duty what happened, still trying to be calm. She asked me what items were they? I responded “it was over 15 items, I don’t know what yall did with them but I was at this register.” I’m trying to explain some of the items and at this point I’m beyond annoyed. She calls the manger who helped me originally and I show her the two receipts and I tell her I’m still missing this much. After we finally get it ALL returned, she has the audacity to say, “hopefully you got everything” sarcastically. As a manger, that’s her response to a customer who had to go in the store 3 times due to THEIR mistake?. What if I was a secret shopper? Insane. This location needs to do better.

  Had a great time shopping & browsing around hobby lobby. All the Christmas items is half price right now.

  I like to go with my wife and browse at all the cool stuff they sell. Supply and demand for these items continues to grow. If only I had started sooner. Ugh. Rock on Hobby Lobby. Trying to buy a bulk order of Tee shirts at a discounted rate if possible.
