- NNNone NoneDec 20, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at the At Home store in Pflugerville due to the behavior of the store manager, Tim. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he was rude, short, and completely dismissive when I needed assistance. His tone and attitude made it clear that he did not want to be bothered, and it was embarrassing to be spoken to that way in front of other customers. What made this worse is that, as a store manager, he should be setting the standard for customer service, not lowering it. At Home is supposed to be a home décor superstore where customers can browse comfortably and get help when needed, but this experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Because of Tim’s discourteous behavior, I left the store frustrated and without making the purchases I had planned. I hope upper management takes this seriously and addresses how their managers interact with customers. Until there is clear improvement in how customers are treated, especially by management, I will think twice before returning to this location or recommending it to anyone.
