    I had a very disappointing experience at the At Home store in Pflugerville due to the behavior of the store manager, Tim. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he was rude, short, and completely dismissive when I needed assistance. His tone and attitude made it clear that he did not want to be bothered, and it was embarrassing to be spoken to that way in front of other customers. What made this worse is that, as a store manager, he should be setting the standard for customer service, not lowering it. At Home is supposed to be a home décor superstore where customers can browse comfortably and get help when needed, but this experience made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Because of Tim’s discourteous behavior, I left the store frustrated and without making the purchases I had planned. I hope upper management takes this seriously and addresses how their managers interact with customers. Until there is clear improvement in how customers are treated, especially by management, I will think twice before returning to this location or recommending it to anyone.

    Very nice store. The people that work there were very nice and helpful. I did not find what I was looking for but they sure have a wide selection of all kinds of stuff at reasonable prices. I will be shopping there again. Sincerely, Joseph Hall of Hutto Texas

    Just a couple of days ago I experienced a very bad experience. So there was this sign saying “Buy One Get One 50% Off” in all Christmas Ornaments, so I got these lovely gold Christmas trees, which were located exactly were the sign was. When I went to pay, the cashier was telling me that the system was not allowing her to do the discount. So they called the Manager, which actually his badge said “Store Director”, so I assumed he was easily going to resolve this, which unfortunately it went the whole opposite way, he said that the offer was for only hanging Christmas trees ornaments, which in no place it says that in the sign. Long story short he said he couldn’t do nothing (still wonder why? if he was the “Store Director”!!), but anyways, I told him that was not being honest with people, that they should remove or change that sign, he rudely said he wasn’t going to do it. By the way his name is Chris, didn’t get his last name.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges.
