Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the wonderful lady who helped me, but she absolutely deserves recognition. I didn’t know the combination to my lock, and she stepped in to help immediately. Before assisting me, she carefully went through all the proper steps to verify my identity and make sure she was allowing access to the correct person. She truly did everything by the book. Even though it was raining, she went outside with the tools, cut the lock off for me, and got completely soaked while helping me. The entire time she reassured me that it was no problem and that she was happy to help. Customer service like that is rare these days. She was professional, kind, and went far above and beyond. I had an issue with the roll up door on the first day moving in, I contacted Shanika the next morning and she had maintenance come and fix it. Shanika was great!
