    I've been using this location for almost a year now. I don't plan on dealing with Lowe's again. When picking up online orders, I've had over half my orders pulled wrong. One online order I went to pickup had hundreds of tiles, whoever pulled it placed over 60 tiles loose on a flat cart, at that point I cancelled my order and used a different location. My most recent order I placed online at a different location for delivery. Unfortunately Lowe's transfered my order to be fulfilled by the Pearland location. The order was placed on a Wednesday with an delivery date of the following day but it never arrived. Nobody notified me so I called the store on Friday. I wasted over an hour trying to figure out what happened with my order. After taking with Pearland customer service, I was placed on hold. After 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and called back trying to get a store manager on the phone. The customer service person would not get the manager. I tried the pro service phone number, that person wasn't located at the Pearland location but said they would call the store and get things figured out along with having them call me back. I never received a return call from anyone but the order finally showed up Saturday. I can say I am very unhappy with Lowe's. After years of buying from them, I'm ready to cancel my personal and business accounts.

    We walked into the store over TG weekend and the Sales Associate was very helpful with providing us an estimate for our counterop project; which we signed and paid the deposit so that the measurement appointment could follow. Post measurements, we received the final cost for our project and found an additional (mileage) cost (not minimal or even realistic) that was never discussed and agreed upon even though we doubled, tripled check our address with the Sales Associate and was told not to worry, Lowe's services everywhere. Since, we have called the 3rd party vendor as well as Lowe's and was told Lowe's Regional Manager would get back to us yo resolve this issue. Here we are in January and I called again today only to wait, and leave a voice mail AGAIN!!! I understand mistakes are made, but own it and fix it, Lowe's!

    The staff that I encountered was very helpful and friendly the store is clean and well kept everything seem to be pretty organized I did notice they had no pink Lowe's buckets...

    Today, i purchased a grill as a Christmas present. The man who helped me, Justin, was so helpful and patient in accommodating the grill to get it into my vehicle, i give him a 5 star rating. He had to go back into the store twice due to the Lowe’s tool bag not having a rachet or a Philips screw driver, he gets an A+ for not being frustrated!, he was pleasant and polite the whole time. I was able to make it home perfectly well thanks to him.
