    One week removed from spending $10,000 on carpet I had the most horrific awful experience at a store I've ever had because their store manager Brian couldn't deal with a question. They don't answer their phones( test it for yourself I've called five times over this week and never did anybody ever answer). Sarah who works in the pro desk refused to give me Brian's (manager in duty apparently) last name or her last name and said she didn't know her managers last name but that I could go up to the front and find it. This location has obviously been trained to avoid any accountability. And the store manager is impossible to get a hold of. Much more to the story but I would avoid this store if at all possible. The manager actually called me a profanity not knowing my wife was standing next to him. Funny we even took a picture at customer service stating they don't tolerate profanity towards their associates but don't provide the same to their customers, ridiculous.

    Reviews below are accurate, they do not pick up their phone. I was left a voicemail to call back about my order and I’ve reached out multiple times and waited over 20 minutes before hanging up. Terrible customer service, avoid.

    This Lowe's is awful. They never answer their phones, so you have to go in to the store to ask any minor question you might have- about inventory or an order you placed, anything- and you would think that by going to the store and talking to one of their employees you would get what you needed but, no! They don't get anything done, either. They'll check their inventory database and say an item is in stock but it's not. They'll say they will have an associate come to help you find it, but then never show up. Which is crazy because they have so many employees walking around. None of them can help you, though, so I'm not sure what they get paid to do. I will likely cancel my Lowe's consumer account and switch to Home Depot for, hopefully, better service.

    Poor management and lack of communication. While waiting for assistance, employees were discussing the situation among themselves ( texting each other ) instead of helping. The item showed out of stock on the website, but the store physically had three units available. I only intended to purchase one.The price listed on the website was shown on my phone, and Manager Lilie also verified the same price on her phone and on the Lowe’s Zebra device, confirming the price was legitimate. Despite this, two other employees stepped in and stated the item was “too discounted” and refused to honor the listed price.Very frustrating experience, especially when the price was clearly verified by both the website and store devices.

    Ordered a Ego blower to be delivered to me from the store. They said that the delivery date would be the 22nd. It didn't show so I called FedEx that Lowes uses and they told me it definitely would be here today the 23rd. No show, so I called and now they say MAYBE 3 days from now. It was shipped to Dallas Texas on the 21st to California and back to Dallas Texas? Same location it was two days ago. Still haven't received it so I don't know maybe it will have to go to New York from Houston then back to me in Houston. I contacted lowes coustermer service and they told me I could go to the store and cancel it so I drove to the store and they told me I have to wait until I receive it then bring it in for my refund. So I call the main coustermer service back and then that person told me the same thing. Told me they couldn't do anything. So my blower is going to be 6 days late and I can't get my money back to get it from somewhere else. I was going to buy a Ego LM2206SP from Lowes but after this runaround I will buy somewhere else. Not sure what happened to coustermer service but it doesn't seem to exist anymore. I hope people read this. Its the only way to respond to the (Owner) response that I got that you can see below. I did contact them had to go through the whole ordeal again just to get the same results I complained about in my review. I asked how to respond to my nonresolve so people could see the response they sent was just to make it look like they care or was willing to work with me. They wanted me to put in another complaint and said it would be in their system. How does that help me? The response you see below the reviews is a snow job. The two people I talked to didn't even understand why I was calling them. I explained that's what they said to do in the reply to my review. Both of them were puzzled and had no idea what to do. But why did they ask me in the response to call???? Good luck if you have any issues with Lowes, they give no effort on your issues.
