    Bought an item for pickup, was charged and said the item was picked up when I had not picked it up yet. Waited on hold forever and finally spoke to a manager who said they would see if the item was still in store so I could pick it up and they would call me back. Never got a call back. So I’ve been charged for an item that I never got. I’m now on hold again for the past 15 minutes and counting. Never even spoke with someone “customer service, please hold” click. Customer service at this location has been horrendous.

    Justin in customer service is so awesome he found my dirt that I thought was stolen by Doordash ! He was so polite, patient and informative! I didn't feel rushed and my frustration was validated, I left out of there a happy happy customer

    Ordered a tool for delivery due to being confined to wheelchair. Received a totally different item than what I ordered. Had to go to 2 different stores to get the item I ordered. It was a in store issue that created this total failure of delivering the wrong product. They didn’t seem concerned and couldn’t seem to find a manager to assist with the process.Cost me the delivery fees and uber fees to get what I paid for. Do not opt for delivery is my advise.
