    I had a disappointing experience attempting to return items at this At Home location. My receipt clearly states that items may be fully refunded if returned in original packaging which mine were. Upon arrival employee Cashier 798585 began citing a post-Christmas return policy that was not stated on my receipt and claimed that items could only be refunded at their current floor price. When I asked which receipt or policy reflected this no documentation could be provided. I then spoke with the manager on duty Zach who was very reluctant to review the receipt details or attempt any form of compromise. There was no reconciliation between what was printed on my receipt and what staff verbally claimed was policy. If return policies change seasonally that information should be clearly stated on the receipt at time of purchase to avoid confusion and frustration. Transparency and consistency were lacking during this visit.

    For the employees up front on this specific Sunday I gave one star.. I came in for a return. Stood near the door at the front while three different employees stared at me and one walked past me with no communication or acknowledgement. I walked up to a register to ask where to go for returns and the lady with what can only be described as indifference on her face pointed at the line and said, that’s the line. 20 ppl were in that line. It was the line for purchased. I told her I would come back another time. I’ve already purchased an item and just want to return what I bought. There should be a separate line for that. I didn’t appreciate the lack of acknowledgement as I’m clearly holding a white plastic bag marked “At Home”. All the employees at the front registers need to be trained again because what I saw made me not want to shop here ever again. Do better At Home.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
