    This is my second time getting keys made and they don't work. Yes the machine is convenient but its not accurate in making house keys. I thought maybe I copied the wrong key by accident the last time and maybe I should give it another shot, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. The machine simply doesn't work as well as they advertise...

    2 of the 3 keys did NOT work AT FIRST. They were hard to turn and hard to slide into the lock. So I used a steel wool pad and emery board to thoroughly clean the metal remnants and smooth the edges. Worked like a champ. Such a convenient set up!

    to be honest with you I was very disappointed because I was trying to make copies for my mail box key .... I got charged $6.50 for three keys that did not work and I could not get my money back or talk to any one to get refunded ..........it was a pure waste of $6.50 and my time
