You make life easier for so many. This location is clean. Super clean. You will witness staff cleaning all the time. It stays clean. Their business model is to continue cleaning and it's always clean. Free WiFi very easy to connect and use. It's quick and reliable. They use the card system to pay for your washer and dryer. Load up the card at the front machines. Very easy to add cash or use a card to add funds. They add an additional $5 once you spent an amount automatically to your card. If you sign up with your email, they send you a free wash code. They also send free wash codes out for promotions. They run giveaways you can sign up for. Would be nice to win one of those. It's never to hot, like many places become. Theres nice pop hit music playing in the back. American music from 70s 80s 90s and now. Location is great. Toss you clothes washing and plenty of time to walk to Kroger behind it to grab some things or eat at the few dine in places in the strip. Get gas, work out, do some shopping. Great location. I believe some time after midnight or 1am the washer and dryer cost is discounted for the slower hours. Great deal. Ok I think ive covered it all. Great clean place. Very safe location as well.

But the discomfort from no air conditioning kind of made all that irrelevant and questioning whether or not to find another place to wash. Good thing I came at night time I can imagine what it would be like during the day. I saw in multiple previous post about this. Owner claims AC is working only 15% more inefficient without a part which they supposedly have on priority order. More like air conditioning is working at 15% cooling is more like it. I used my phone sensor to take a temp reading and although I know phone sensors are not 100% accurate I know they are within a few degrees give or take. But it said 84 degrees. I find it hard to believe a part ordered by overnight would take months to find and send. This is preposterous when the owners response previously to another Google guide was "hey just bring your clothes in so we can do them, and you take a day at the pool!". Does that mean bring them in for free to have done to compensate for the unacceptable temperatures in this place?Probably not. I took this temp at 11 p.m. at night inside the laundromat. Unacceptable to run a business this way. Not to mention requiring you to reveal your email address then ask a survey of why i picked this laundrymat afterwards just to use the free WIFI at this business is an invasion of privacy.
