They asked for a cellular telephone number or email address to confirm purchase. Who enters thier email address or cellular telephone for an $18.00 cash purchase much less keep the receipt. I was landscaping the yard and was well "dirty" when i entered the store so i was in a hurry. Jeremy the store manager at Lowes store number 1053 located on Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena Texas treated as i stole the item and wanted to het money back or that is the impression i got. Again all i wanted was an exchange!!!! $18.00 is not a lot of money it is the principal of this that chaps my rear end. To be tracked by cellular telephone number or email address for a small purchase instead of keeping an ex-loyal customer happy. Well Home Depot is across the street.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
