    What's really racist is they didn't do this to white customers only me in the store, I first went to the return register and they would not return a license plate screw and plastic pieces I had the bags they came in but not the receipt, so they said no I asked for a manager and the woman manager said she was busy Friday around 5:47 pm and she was in appliance if I want to talk to her the store was empty just a few customers and she was no where to be found , Art an employee said he was a manager and told me I could not return without a receipt so I said ok That’s fine and I asked him if I could buy a different license plate screws go outside to try and if it does not fit , I’ll come in to return ( Art said yes but don’t damage the bag and product , I feel all these employees were treating me very racist and profiling me as a criminal because I’m 63 yrs old and I look Mexican, and indigenous, this store is so racist and they discriminate, also when I asked an employee to help me find the right tiny little screw , it took two grown men to stand there and really they were in the way instead of helping me , they made me feel like they were ready to be aggressive with me one was standing on my left side and African American male employee and on the right was a Hispanic male employee and the African American male employee first told me I could not go try the two tiny screws on my car with the license plate , lately I have had to record myself when I shop and you can’t make it up, Lowe’s is so racist, I think the female manager was not even in the store I think their corrupt in this store , I went to home Depot so much better and helpful

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. It isn’t worth it. I’ve had mine for not even half the time I’m supposed to have it (5 years) and yet my warranty from my washer is gone. Just disappeared. And I’ve tried for MONTHS to get a reimbursement or just get a new one. And finally, someone told me they fixed it. Yet, what do you know, I go to file a claim tonight and my washer IS STILL NOT THERE. So, please, go to Home Depot, Best Buy, anywhere but Lowe’s.

    I install garage doors, If you wanna take items from lock areas it will take a while if there's no body around, if you know before hand that is a locked items and see some lowes employees in the way let him know that would made the process faster

    Want to experience racism? Visit this Lowes. Being in the military, currently owning multiple homes across multiple states and purchasing more than $25,000 worth of products from other Lowes. Today while watching multiple others walk out without paying for items, I’m being interrogated about a clearly marked discount item that I’m trying to purchase. I experienced the worst treatment from front Ren and manager making up Lowes policies. To not sell me a clearly marked and designated items. I will be pursuing further.
