A few months ago, I purchased a couch, refrigerator, and washer and dryer, and everything has been excellent from start to finish. The quality of the products and the customer service have both exceeded my expectations. I especially want to give a big thank you to the GM, Danny, who has always been friendly, helpful, and understanding. It really makes a difference when someone goes above and beyond to take care of customers. We were so happy with our experience that we recently came back and purchased another refrigerator for our garage along with a new bed. Once again, everything went smoothly! I highly recommend Aaron’s for all your furniture and appliance needs. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such outstanding service!

When I moved into an apartment with my husband, we decided to finance a coach since I was already comfortable with their service. The process was remarkably simple because all I had to do was give my information over the phone and tell them what coach I wanted. I did not have to go to the store or deal with anything complicated, which made everything much easier for me. What I really liked was how convenient. They delivered the coach within about two days, which I didn’t mind waiting for. I also didn’t have to worry about paying the full amount upfront because they offer different financing options that work with your budget. This made it less stressful, especially when you’re trying to manage other expenses. Another thing I appreciate was how helpful the staff were. Sometimes you run into employees who don’t really care to help, but that was not the case here at all. Overall, I would rate this service a 5 out of 5 starts because of how easy and smooth the experience was. The service met my expectations and even exceeded them because I didn’t expect everything to go so quickly. One small downside could be the short wait for the delivery, but it really wasn’t a big issue. I would definitely use Rent-A- Center again, and I recommend it to anyone looking for affordable furniture with flexible payment options.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
