Tray works very hard to make sure when he leaves, his customer is more than pleased with the job done. The tiles he cleaned in the kitchen look like they were just laid and the grout went from almost black to a tan-ish color. We had another company come and clean the carpets before him but they didn't finish. He was suppose to just finish up what they didn't but he went the extra mile and just redid what they had already went over. He also got out stains the other guys couldn't. Thumbs up all around.
