- JMJose MunozNov 22, 20251.0My family has had an awful experience with Aaron’s. Our furniture and washer have been fully paid off, and we consistently paid for the insurance they offered. When we needed to use that insurance, Aaron’s refused to honor it. Instead of helping, management has continually given us the runaround, leaving us with no clear answers and no accountability on their end. After doing everything the right way, it’s extremely frustrating to be treated this way. This experience has completely destroyed our trust in the company. I would not recommend Aaron’s to anyone.

I would stay far away from these people, glad I’ve never had to use them before
- OEOliver EastmanApr 1, 20251.0we leased a washer and dryer from them and it's all kinds of hell from the get-go the dryer was brought in with the set and the picture show's what we ACTUALLY got a refurbished crap of metal that shocks people and only runs half a cycle right and they never brought the dryer back out after they said they'd fix it and bring it out THEN we had to call corporate to get them to answer the phone and they gave us all kinds of excuses bottom line: go to rent-a-center they seem to be nicer there
- DDDavidSep 9, 20243.0We are on a fixed income and we were happy until the dryer broke they brought a loner an took the new one the loner doesn’t work as good as the new one ask the lady from Arron’s about it she says should have it the 4th so we added a 55 inch smart tv the guys brought the tv but no dryer ok no big deal they left we plugged in the tv it had a cracked screen called them they said they would exchange it on the 6th called never showed no call nothing so we called Saturday morning the 7th sorry it didn’t get on the list so you will get it today between 9 an 3 didn’t come by 3 waited until 430 called them we were told by a representative on the phone I will bring the tv to you when I get off at 6 ok but no show again call Monday and they said tomorrow we have dr appointment tomorrow my wife commented we can change to renta center an he commented go ahead what happened to customer service they get a name on the contract and you don’t matter I have waited an put things off waiting on them

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
