- RZRichard Ziemann6 days ago5.0At the Lowe’s in Palestine TX One young girl named Deana ( I believe it was) helped my mom today in the door section, she walked her around the store to help her find everything she needed, checked her out and helped her load the truck. She had the best attitude and was so helpful. She’s by far the best employee I have dealt with at this store and I’m there several times a week. She has helped my husband and I with flooding a month ago and was amazing at that time too. She definitely deserves Recognition for her amazing customer service.

Starlink told us this place sold their router setups (ended up being a lie and starlink sent us on a goose chase) but the employees we talked to immediately looked anyway just in case and tried to find it and helped us figure out where to get it since they didn't have it. <3

Be smart shoppers and do your research! Consider coming to Tyler and you could potentially save a lot of money. To Lowe's management: get your act together. We live in the information age and we have the tools at our finger tips to discover these things. It looks really bad.

I was greeted as I walked into the store. I was able to call on a couple of sales associates while I was there who were very professional and helpful to me finding things that I was looking for. So, therefore this store gets a five star rating from me for their professionalism and a store that was well kept 👍

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
