He had a terrible Thanksgiving experience that I am sure yall were well aware of being part of his "Lowes Family". We noticed this while we were setting up & decorating, but thought it would get better, it's just stressed. Didn't get better, got worse. The worst part was when I called the next day, and the snotty little girl couldn't find the receipt in the system, said that card was used two days before, for a patio heater, but no tree. (The card never bought a patio heater.) She only offered to let us undecorate the tree & exchange it. When I asked about a partial refund, she said, "I can't offer you that, you only said you had a complaint." So I ASKED for a partial refund, but since she couldn't find the receipt, she could only issue a $25 ecard. She proceeded to say, "You can take the card or not." Thankful we don't have carpet, and we have other options next year!
