I’m not from this area but we stay close due to work, so I decided I would stop in and check out their selection of refrigerators since I will be needing one soon, not a small purchase might I add. While asking for help with a certain brand the worker acted offended that I had bothered her and began to point out yes they had plenty of refrigerators so go look at them. That wasn’t what I asked, I asked for a specific brand and yes I can clearly see you have a lot but still not what I asked. The worker annoyed at my question began pointing out all the refrigerators and by this time I wouldn’t have purchased anything from this store and probably never will, especially NOT a 3k$ fridge! Customer service just isn’t what it use to be. Do better Lowe’s!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
