This review is solely based on Mya at the pro desk!
I walk up to place an order and I have to wait for her to finish texting someone on her phone until she even looks at me when she clearly knows im standing 2 feet in front of her. Then I start asking her about a certain product and she cuts me off and says "are you pro"? I was taken off guard by that question as i am a pro shopper and been buying for many years and NEVER been asked that question! Then after she finally verified I was a big spender she offered to answer my questions but kept picking up her phone and texting and then forgetting what she was looking up for me! Then she talks like a 14 year old saying brah to me! Im not your brah! I am a paying costumer that needs to get material back to a job asap! Im not here to play kid games or you rolling your eyes because im not part of your generation! I could go on about how unprofessional she treated me!!
You as a company should train your employees for their role! Especially if you put them in "professional" positions! I also shop at home depot and after this encounter, I wont be shopping at this lowes anymore.
On a positive note... I usually deal with richard and he is the type to have at "pro"! Someone who knows the product and gives you all the attention while you are there!

the store Manager Victor im not sure how he became a store manager but he has no idea whats going on does not know how to do anything asking a associate how to do certain things just clueless went in to pick up a online order and they said they needed to update my payment since it didnt go through ok no problem we go inside try updating the payment but their system does not take it soo they they say we need to buy a gift card with that amount in it what kind of BS is that they also claimed their system doesnt allow them to change the payment method and they would need to cancel the online order and charge is as in store!!!!! over all STORE MANAGER CLUELESS and that whole front end of customer service needs new personel some have a attitude had issues since i ordered my stuff online which one never worked and two no one ever answers the damn phone!!!!! Went straight to home depot after and purchased my stuff with no issues!!
