In the past few months , i've spent between five and six thousand dollars on materials and supplies from Lowe's. Today I went to return to s-hooks a total of about fourteen dollars. I paid cash for these. When I went to return these , I could not find a receipt and could not find a receipt and\nThe person working the returns counter said they could not take take them back, even though they were pro source , which is lowe's brand. I will now be doing all my shopping at Home Depot or Mccoy's. Congratulation Lowes, you've lost several thousand dollars in upcoming sales over fourteen dollars and a receipt.

Had an amazing experience with a young man named Austin, very kind man, definitely did what ever he could do to help me make my time there easier at the store and you literally never find that anywhere you go anymore! He helped with stuff that wasn't even in his department and finding it for me!
