- JJJonFeb 4, 20261.0After almost 7 years of continued patronage to this Aarons and the one in grandview mall lot I am so delighted to say that I will no longer be using their services, from harassment after being a few days late on a payment to constant calls from knocking at my door mind you for less than a week of being late, to charging me for the unauthorized and unnecessary appearance at my door step to berating my wife while at work they care more about their commission then actually providing quality service everything is an issue when it comes to repairs, replacements consistent attitudes all for simple questions, bought a tv a while back that gave out for another one that I had to fight to get less than 2 years that one gave out too not under warranty and have to get a new one or a repair for it never again couches that needed to be fixed washers that’s had dents in them which they refused to believe was done by them still wanted to do business now the constant calling for simple payments which are always paid all for greed especially in this economy I do not recommend after our current purchase we will never use then again

Don't buy here they are very irresponsible. Now it's 5 months whit no answer about my washer, now they said they lost it, but they don't want to give me another one or my money back

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
