I had to find out on my own and they didn't replace the lock and door frame for 4 days. They still haven't fixed the rest of it, Nor did I receive a discount. Now my rent is going up by $30. Unless you are getting a storage unit with the actual roll down door don't expect your stuff to be secure, bc there isn't an outside lock for the smaller units, hence the break in!
