I’m so happy that Larissa called because I didn’t Rent the space because there were some things I was unsure of. After she called I came to the office at the location and she was nothing but great help. It’s these kind of people. They’ll look out for you as a consumer. She went over everything explained it was a different way We can rent the space. I was downgrading cause I’m moving out of state and she was absolutely a charm. Going through the process with her, I realized I made the right choice by waiting. Sometimes online can be off putting , but in person live speaking to her going over my needs was absolutely extraordinary. Like Larissa, who put the customer at ease helping them find the right solution. You’re very lucky to have such a charming person, And knowledgeable about her job. I will use the service in the future thanks to Larissa.
