  Went to this store today to buy some thanksgiving decorations. Found some open plastic cups on the floor i looked for more and it was the last set. At the register I asked for a discount because I have to wash them. The manager was do rude giving attitude and denied discount. If she don't like her job she needs quit. Because she is doing a horrible job! Please train management better.

  If I could put a -1000 I would…. I’ve never had any type of disrespect customer service in my life… if your a young girl with friends and have bags don’t go to with lobby lobby or MS MARIA WILL THINK YOUR STEALING HER BEADS BECAUSE SHE EXPECTS YOU TO NOT TAKE YOUR TIME AND LOOK AROUND SO SHE STARES AT YOU THE WHOLE ENTIRE TIME…. LETS NOT TALK ABOUT HOW SHE LITERALLY BLOCKED THE WHOLE SECTION I REALLY WANTED TO SEE AND NEVER GOT TO LOOK AT BC SHE WAS TO BUSY YAPPING TO RANDOM PPL AND NOT RESTOCKING… YOU COULD CLEARLY SEE I WAS TRYING TO LOOK AT THEM AND KEPT GETTING CLOSER BUT STILL DECIDED TO BLOCK IT AND KEEP LOOKING AT ME AND YAPPING… THEN TELL ME WHY MY FRIENDS TOLD ME ABOUT THE OTHER AISLE HAD SOME CUTE STUFF TO MAKE NECKLACE WITH AND TELL ME WHY MS MARIA DECIDED TO FOLLOW US INTO THAT AISLE…. THERE WAS SOME ITEMS WHERE MISPLACED AND REMINDED WE NEVER TOUCHED THEM…. BUT THE STUFF WE DID TOUCH WE PUT BACK IN THE SPOT OR DIDNT TAKE IT OFF THE RACK AND THE STUFF WE WAS GONNA GET WAS EITHER IN ARE HANDS OR IN THE CART… AND MISS MAAM WANNA STRAIGHT UP ASKED US IF WE GETTING ITEMS THAT EAS MISPLACED… I was like no we didn’t even touch them… then gets closer to us and starts mumbling something while bending over towards my friend then starts saying ppl need to stop stealing and huffing and puffing away while grabbing misplaced items… which I thought that was so Unprofessional and Directed towards us because she was already staring at me since I walked into the aisle and was now following us into a different aisle… so I walked completely away from the whole aisle with my friends and my friend goes did yall hear what she said? I was like yeah ppl need to stop stealing and blah blah which I thought was so unprofessional to say out loud and she was like yeah but before that she Whisper to me and said “stop tryna steal” then went on about that and I was like ohhhhh heck nah so uncalled for and unprofessional… atp I felt really uncomfortable to even buy anything and was mad… so my petty self went back and asked for her name and she said “why” “why” and tried to cover up her name but then told me Maria and I looked too… but I was like since you think I’m stealing here’s your stuff back and I’m good… then she try to say she wasn’t even near us when she said that and I just set the stuff down and walked away… I ain’t dealing with that or wasting my time and day to report her to her manager on Duty so ima just say it on here from the Comfort of my home… yall ima saying is hire more people with respect and people who let their managers handle cases like that instead of being so unprofessional… I rather go to Conroe one at least im not gonna be judged because im a young girl with a purse… wow I got a wallet, meds, AirPods, house/truck keys, chargers, makeup, cash, in my purse I got money how you think I got my purse? 💀 do better hobby lobby and ms Maria I hope you learn to not judge a book by its cover, maybe get a purse too and go out more maybe you might understand why it’s useful to have a purse🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏼‍♀️

  10/24/2025 Location was Valley Ranch/New Caney, Tx. I looked at some Christmas decor marked 50% off. The original prices were crazy high. I purchased Bib Overall Hooks, true reason for trip. 1 pkg marked $1.99, other $2.49. BOTH had same SKU and everything. I asked if I cud have both for $1.99 each. Cashier called this other girl, possibly manager, over. She looks at packages, then gets on her tablet and says current price is $2.79. They charged me the $2.79 each. This was not the price marked on either pkg. What a rip off! This left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will be back.
