  :I was very impressed with the NB store and staff. The lady that waited on us knew the product, easy to talk with, did not rush us, calm, and answered all questions that we had. We liked her service. Our grandson had purchased a recliner there about a year ago & had high praises for the store. He was so impressed that he drove us from Austin to New Braunfels & waited for us while my husband and I shopped. The store has a very good reputation & I agree!

  Justin did a great job helping us find our living room furniture. We purchased a couch, love seat, two tables and then found a console table with three upholstered nesting stools. Many of our pieces were on sale. My husband and I appreciated the very relaxed environment from Justin as well as all the other employees. The store was clean and had so much to choose from!

  I really enjoyed working with Ernesto. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He made our decision making process very comfortable without the usual high pressure sales tactics. Having run a high end furniture store before that was nice to see. Being trained in La-Z-Boy it was a real pleasure to work with someone that took the time to show me the features and benefits of the product. He did not know that I was trained and explained everything perfectly. He was very helpful with finalizing the purchase and because of that I added all the protection options. La-Z-Boy is the best by far and over the years has become very affordable. I would highly recommend going there if you’re shopping for furniture and make sure to ask for Ernesto. You will have a great no high pressure experience and leave feeling happy with your purchase. He definitely earned our business now and in the future. Happy Shopping!
