  Julian Gonzales came out and inspected and cleaned the chimney. He was on time, professional, friendly, and very thorough. He took the time to answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend this company!

  This company is fantastic. From the initial call to the inspection visit. The Company is very clear on their process, on time to the appointments, and reasonable with the repairs. We had Julien come to our place. Big shout to Julien.

  We have used Wolfman now for several years and have never been disappointed. Although they are excellent on the basic stuff (chimney sweep, general cleaning, etc.) where they have really helped us out when we had unusual problems and had to do some interesting trouble shooting to find the problems and then fix them.

  Update* 2-9-26 once Jason evaluated the chimney cap & damper, they installed 4/2021, it has been found that chimney cap & cage needs replaced because it's not the right height and a couple of technical verbiage that I can't recall. They say they are going to correct the problem and resolve the air flow issue. Now, this is the company I had originally thought I was doing business with! Someone that stands behind their work. *I was informed that a yearly inspection must be done to keep your warranty active. So if you haven't done a yearly inspection, you need to. Now I wait until there is an opening to get the repairs & replacement done.

  Update - They reached out to us today and offered a 20% refund on the labor cost. The fact that they reached out is encouraging. Hopefully in the future communications will be better between them and their customers. We still plan to use them for chimney cleaning, and other fireplace issues. A couple years ago we had them out to clean our chimney and they realized that our house only had a Builder box and it needed something better to facilitate the fireplace insert. It was over $14,000 but we had them do the job. For the past two years, we’ve been addressing issues and bugs. It takes forever for them to any parts but we have been patient. Because of a persistent cold draft coming out the bottom of the insert, they realized they needed a part that should have been included with the initial installation. They quoted us an estimate of $1815.62 that included almost $1500 for labor. When the two technicians came out, it took them less than an hour and a half. We know estimates are based on an anticipated costs. Since it seemed to be a much simpler operation than they thought, we thought perhaps they would adjust the cost for labor. We spoke with them and texted, and they said they understood that was a lot for labor and they would get back with us. They have not. Of course we paid it as soon as the work was done, hoping they would correct the estimate. They have not. For work we would rate them about a 4 since they’re good with chimney cleaning, but seemed to struggle with insert installation. As far as cost, that would have to be a 1 for the outrageous labor cost to finally finish the job they started two years ago.
