Also went in today and same thing, supposedly the price from their app is not the same brand they have in the store.. Like how does that make any sense! Customer service in general, no help loading up material,. I been buying from site one for years but this store is the worse. I would recommend Bulverde siteone to avoid these issues and for irrigation use university oak in San Antonio. Its an inconvenience that you have to drive out to another town when their service is this bad!
