    We went to the Lowe’s in New Braunfels, Texas to buy a 4-piece appliance bundle (cooktop, oven, vent hood, and built-in microwave) specifically because they were advertising 25% off appliance bundles. At the register, the system showed 25% off the oven and the microwave. Then we were told the microwave was out of stock in the warehouse and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as they changed it to that order, the SKU changed and the discount disappeared, even though it was the exact same microwave model. We pointed out that: • We were still buying the full bundle. • The only reason the SKU changed was Lowe’s own process, not our choice. Instead of trying to honor the promotion or find a reasonable workaround, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly rude. There was zero effort to make it right. Because of this: • The advertised 25% bundle discount was not honored due to a technicality on Lowe’s side. • The manager’s attitude made the whole experience much worse. We left without buying the appliances and will seriously reconsider using this Lowe’s for any future major purchases.

    There’s not a way to rate just the online system so unfortunately this store is getting my poor rating. My Lowe’s account was hacked, my information was used to purchase a $300 fog machine with I’m assuming a stolen card. Now that item looks like I was the one who purchased it with a stolen card. I chatted & called Lowe’s to let them know. And was essentially told “OH WELL. we called the vendor & they didn’t answer so oops now we can’t do anything” thankfully it wasn’t my card or that wouldn’t have been an acceptable answer for me. I caught the order 4 HOURS after it was placed & no one in customer service could or would do a single thing. The order is still in progress!!! Just know Lowe’s doesn’t care about your information or apparently customer service. I deleted all my info & will never go back. Yall need a better system them “gee I hope the vendor answers my calls”
