  If I could give a 0 I would Bridgette the Co-Manager was extremely rude. I know this comment may get overlooked and that’s fine. I will take the necessary action because the way she spoke to me was out of line. She followed me and even gave me the meanest look. When I got to the counter the cashier rang my merchandise I swiped my card it declined. I explained to the cashier it was locked. Unfortunately my phone was dead so while I was talking to the cashier. The same lady Walks up and looks at me, not even knowing the conversation. She then looks at watch looks at me and says yeah well we are closed unfortunately. Listen I’m already upset you followed me but then u come to the register and make a comment on a conversation u had no idea what was as going on and tell me something I already know. For what, what was the reason, so I asked her if she knew even knew what we were discussing. Then I told her I am well aware off the time and I also explained how I was upset with her following me. She said Ridley nobody was following you I told her each time and she then looked at me and said yeah that’s enough go ahead go u need to leave. I did nothing but explained my frustration I wasn’t rude. I told her no problem I’ll take notes and address the issue with higher ups. She told me well do that and leave and said something under her breathe. I told her you might wanna be careful times are tough right now and she said oh I know that’s why I have a job do you. I understand she’s a co manager but to think she has the right to kick me out of a store because I asked her question was to far. Not only that I feel like some Managers and employees in general have gotten to comfortable. I’m 45 I swear since Covid it’s changed where the customer is right and as an employee you should not be able to talk to a customer however you want. Even thinking you have the right to throw a customer out. I wasn’t outta line nor rude I stated I was talking to the cashier and I didn’t appreciate her following me around the store. I mean she walked up to me where I was checking out for what. I also witnessed her letting people in store who were not employees. I am beyond upset and I was told this isn’t Bridgette’s first encounter.

  I love going to hobby lobby it always has what I need and for some odd reason It always feels like home when im in there.. i wouldn't choose any other store for my crafts.
