One of the cashiers Jessica was very rude when I asked her for a replacement on one of the bags I was going to buy because it was ripped and I was not going to pay for damaged pieces. She got angry at me for asking me nicely and walked away angry. There was another employee who was supporting this behavior right in front of me. When she came back she confronted me saying I was rude to her she was instigating a fight IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. She was yelling complaining with her coworkers I could overhear it that's how loud it was. When I was leaving I also spoke to the assistant manager named Catherine and she only said "I'm going to speak with her,"and apologized to me and this is the only solution she had. They left me waiting while all of this was going on. If she did this to me over A BAG just imagine what she will do with other customers that ask her for something. Even if she had a bad day she had no right to take it out on me I had a terrible experience at this hobby lobby I don't plan on coming back anytime soon. Be careful with the people that work here because they are supporting each other's mistakes and that's not right. If I could give this location 0 stars I could but unfortunately I have to give 1.

I couldn’t pick up fabric dye needed for my child’s school event because the store closed at 8:00 PM, and I couldn’t find it in the 5 minutes I was there. I asked another lady for help and she was trying to help me look for it so I could purchase and leave, but the other lady in the sling didn’t care about my situation, and just said “you need to leave, NOW.” It was 8:03. Not sure why she had an attitude or raising her voice, but it was very off putting.. I get you want to close up shop but try being nice about it. Highly recommend anger management for her.
