The “first month free” does not appear to apply with a discounted price, so it’s unclear which option is less costly. The addition costs for the administrative fees and lock appeared only at checkout. So additional clarity would be helpful. My first visit found the office locked without explanation, and I suspect the agent was at lunch at 12:30. A note would have been helpful. On next visit all went well and the system was explained. The key was in the unit, so I could have started moving immediately on registering. Unfortunately the nearest access is locked for repairs. The majority of the dollys are secured there, so there will be a problem if the 2 remaining are in use. The facility is new, clean, and well air conditioned, so I am comfortable that my stored items will do well. Access from the frontage road and adjacent street is easy. I think this is a great choice.
