- SAsavannah anderson2 days ago5.0Moved into a unit this month and so far so good! I called customer service last weekend to get more info on a website deal and found the process very easy. I went onsite later and talked with Dean and Denise and got all the info I needed about the facility. I’ve rented various storage units through the years and this one is one big building with elevators. The main entrance has had cars near the doors unloading/loading every time I’ve been by and there is not alot of additional parking close by. There is a strong odor when inside the main entrance by the elevator, but I don’t smell it by my unit on an upper floor. Convenient location in central New Braunfels makes it easy to access.
