- TWTrevor WilsonNov 14, 20255.0I have nothing negative to say about this place. I'd like to share that the staff here went so above and beyond I am beyond shocked. My father unfortunately lives in New Braunfels essentially alone, with a daughter and grand children that do not help him. He has dementia, cannot drive, and his health has deteriorated. I used to live there and was able to help, but I was a child and was forced to move back to Ohio to finish school. Long story short, my father was unable to pay his storage unit bills anymore and was terrified of losing everything of importance to our family. There is much more to this story, but my father told me that today, after being months behind to the facility, the ladies brought personal items, pictures, and paperwork to him so they would not be lost. This truly makes me emotional, and it's things like this that restore faith in humanity. Even though it was an unfortunate situation, and they had absolutely no responsibility to do this, they did. Thank you so much, for this small thing that may not sound like a lot but truly made my father and me so happy. I highly recommend doing business here.
