    Today is my birthday and my mom and I were shopping for a rug for my room at the New Braunfels TX location. We met this super sweet lady named Jessica, she went above and beyond and helped us find the perfect rug. She gave us great tips, recommendations, and amazing customer service. We definitely will be looking for her next time we go back ! :)

    I love this store! They have everything you can think of for a home. The store is always clean even when they are transitioning seasons. The staff is friendly and helpful. What more can a person ask for??

    Manager was unhelpful and fairly cut and dry when I came in needing help with a return that I had lost a receipt for. I asked if an exception could be made for a refund, rather than store credit because I almost never shop here. Nope, nothing. She didn't seem to want to even listen to me. And they cannot look up a return by the credit card used. Even Walmart can do that! I did not feel "At Home" in this place at all.

    Deceiving information. Those products are right behind the buy one second 50% off sign right on Black Friday but then at the cashier we paid full price of both. The cashier said it’s just some products when the sign says all of them. Very deceiving information and very dishonest. Never coming back 😡😡😡

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
