    I went in to exchange an item that was bought with my husband which is a veteran so we got the military discount. The manager, Crystal, would not help me and wanted to charge me more since I didn't have my military I.D with me or my husband. Crystal had the nerve to say I was rude because I didn't want to look at her policy book, to prove she had to see a ID. Guess what, if you have the receipt, it should be a simple exchange. If you have any cashiers that are rude to you at this location, they learned it from Crystal that is obviously VERY unhappy at her job. I reported her to corporate, they are resolving the situation.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
