- MBMallory BrownMar 31, 20261.0I’ve called to get some assistance with a purchase that I had with them and was asked if I could be placed on hold. I said yes, thinking it would only take a couple of minutes but instead I was on hold for 11 minutes and counting. I then proceeded to call back they didn’t answer, then they answered and hung up on me. Then they decided like they couldn’t hear me on the phone so then I had to call back numerous times and the guy gives me excuses. He was trying to close a sale. if that was the case you could’ve had the common courtesy to come on the phone and let me know that you were working with someone to give you a little bit longer. Stay far away from this place all they care about our sales they don’t care about their actual customers.

- JCJackie CorreaNov 4, 20191.0We have been customers since 2007.We never had problems before till now.We bought a couch from them and we told them we wanted our payments to be on the 15th of every month.When the time comes they want 50 dollars on the first then they want 108 dollars on the 15th.They stated it would have to be autopay for it to be on the 15th.They are trying to squeeze more money from me.The agreement was for the 15th and its says on the computer.They stated they have lost customers because of this.So why do they still do it.They have lost a long time customer and they won't work it out or return calls.They will pick up my couch this Thursday and I had to call them several times just to get a date to pick it up.Very frustrating. Also,just to mention, they left their tools at my house and returned a drill and another tool.i was very honest with them .I wish they were honest with me and not change the contract.Buyers beware.

The salesman was very nice and made it a smooth transaction..they were delivered and hooked up within a couple hours and the 2 men who delivered were very professional and nice.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
