What an awful experience. I wish I had read everyone else’s reviews before I purchased my appliances I am having such a difficult time. I have bought five appliances there in the last year, replacing all appliances in the house. So far I have had problems with four of them. I just went to today to try to get a resolution to a fairly simple problem, but then I was explained by the manager Wes that they can’t help me. I purchased my appliance from a third-party when I buy it from Lowe’s and I have to deal with the third-party he can’t help me. I wish they had told me I was buying the appliance. But Regina from that department was super sweet and helped me a lot. Until I started returning with problems, she made it clear that she cannot help me that they do not sell the appliances when I purchased them from Lowe’s I am purchasing them from a third-party. So Regina suite if you’re gonna buy something but Regina’s not so sweet and fairly indifferent if you have any problems with anything that she sold you
Just read the reviews you’re gonna see a good one then you see a bad one because what they do is they get a friend to post a good one after a bad one is posted so just read every other one and they’re all just one stars the worst Lowe’s on earth! Unless you’re going to the Garden department! The most wonderful and beautiful customer service goes on out there. But please don’t buy any appliances from them You will regret it

The appliance department is horrible. The manager tries to be supportive, but as he stated, the appliances are terrible, and they last no more than two years. That was a quote from the manager.
Sadly, my appliance was only six months old and they couldn’t do anything for me, even though I had bought the extended warranty. Like the manager explained to me. When you buy an appliance from Lowe’s, you are not actually buying it from Lowe’s. You’re buying it from a third-party. So any problems is not Lowe’s problem. They explain that carefully to me He stated that if I wanted to return it within 48 hours then I could have but anything after that is not their problem. I can buy the extended warranty, but then if I purchase it, they cannot touch the appliance for the first year. I have to wait until after the first year. Regina in the appliance department straight up tells untruths to the customers. While I was there for an hour and a half and another associate was trying to solve my problem I heard her tell them Things that were not true she told me the same thing when I bought my appliance As long as you don’t have a problem, they’re wonderful I guess because Regina was super sweet when I bought All five of them. I’m on the fourth one being fixed. I have one appliance that has not given me a problem yet. Explained to me after she sells them to me. It’s not her problem anymore.
Sadly, she’s super indifferent to the customers if you’ve already bought one. If you’ve not bought one yet, she’s super sweet to you. Wes, the manager was really empathetic to me and I appreciated that like he explained to me he bought an appliance too and within six months he had to have it replaced and he actually works at Lowe’s and they couldn’t do anything Just had to buy a new one. At least he’s honest about that Yeah, so don’t buy an appliance from Lowe’s

*** After posting this review, Lowes immediately made contact with us and rushed an install.The (ProSource) installers did not use the backer rod ,the underlinement, most of the sealant and we are noticing more questionable issues daily. Any of this could void our warranty, which Prospurce and Lowes were aware of the requirements for. We discussed warranty requirements and fulfillment process for material and installation MANY TIMES!! Now we have an inspector coming out to look at their rushed job! DO NOT USE LOWES FOR ANYTHING - YOU WILL REGRET IT***
We paid cash to install new flooring throughout the entire house - using Lowe’s to install as well, back in the beginning of October Lowe’s works with Pro Source on installs and the two DO NOT communicate well with each other, or the customer.
The material STARTED to arrive by the first of November and it continues to trinkle in as I post this - they just can’t make it happen.
To begin with, the quarter round we received was some primed pine and we did not have “painting” planned into the job for this and we were were expecting laminate quarter round to match the laminate flooring. When we call to notify Lowes about the quarter round issue, we’re put on hold for an extremely long time and hung up on before we called back again to be put on hold for an extremely long time and explain the situation to someone. So they sent someone to pick up the primed quarter round And issued a refund for it and I had to purchase separately laminate quarter round to match the flooring. It was supposed to arrive in 7 to 10 days. After three weeks we had not receive the laminate quarter round. So I reached out to Lowes so they could put me on hold and hang up on me then eventually tell me The laminate quarter round they had ordered have been discontinued and I need to come into the store to pick something else out a refund for the discontinued laminate cord around and I had to pick up another quarter round and pay for it. At this point Thanksgiving is here and we realize that this incomplete pile of flooring and material is going to be stacked up in the middle of our living room through the holiday. When we call again so we can be hung up on and put on hold and hung up on again didn’t discuss other materials needed to complete the material list and hopefully get the flooring jobs started before Christmas. We find out that the underlayment and transition pieces are actually at the store and ProSource is supposed to pick that up when they come out to start the job. We call ProSource to discuss this, and ProSource told us that was not their responsibility that everything should be delivered by Lowes. Doing this whole time, Lowes has sent a truck out to our house on three occasions with more flooring one time with three boxes one time with three boxes one time with one box. I also start to go through the material list for the job and realize that half of the silicone has expired that has been delivered. I did call Lowes and tell him about that so they sent drivers to pick up the expired silicone and now I’ll be waiting on that along with all other necessary materials that have not been delivered before ProSource will even start the job. Communication with Lowes is horrible. You will be hung up on. You will be placed on hold. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company across the board. The problem is in this part of East Texas there are no Home Depot‘s or any other big box stores. Lowes is the only one in this area. They know this and so they just don’t give a damn do not trust Lowes to do an install in East Texas. They suck..
