The people in the appliances and kitchen area are always very helpful and assistant with customer service. Cannot say the same about the installation team… Several problems with them such as mistaking our installation for someone else and also random charges and fees we need. Miscommunications and delays too although we had placed our order way before.

I had a very disappointing experience at Lowe’s today regarding a Samsung appliance promotion.
The store advertised a promotion stating “Buy 3 appliances, get $200 off” along with free delivery and installation services. Based on this information, I selected and proceeded to purchase three Samsung appliances.
However, after I was ready to check out, the staff informed me that:
- The $200 discount only applied to “certain items,” but they could not clearly explain which items were eligible.
- The advertised free installation and delivery services were not honored. I was told delivery was included, but installation would cost an additional $128.
- Instead of honoring the promotion, they offered only a $100 discount, which effectively provided no real savings—in fact, it would cost me more overall.
What made the situation worse was the store manager’s attitude. He was impatient, dismissive, and made no real effort to clarify the promotion or find a solution. As a customer, I felt misled by unclear advertising and unsupported by the staff.
This experience reflects poor communication, lack of product knowledge, and unprofessional customer service. Promotions should be clearly defined and honored as advertised, and customers should not be left confused at checkout.
I hope Lowe’s will improve staff training and ensure promotional details are transparent and consistently applied across the store.

I tried for assistance at the paint counter. I was going to get stain pints for my customer to add more options. Interested in the Valspar never use it before. I waited all the way through the button and paint announcements until it just stopped. 8 minutes same time it took to drive there and back from customers house. Nobody ever came. That's wild to me. Especially when I hear it announcing over the speaker.
