  Andrea has the worst customer service ever. Got my fabric cut and not a single word was said to me. I started with greeting and just saying I needed a yard cut from the fabric I had and she didn’t say a word other than “here” when I got my fabric back. You don’t have to walk with a smile on your face 24/7 but if you work in customer service the very least is say hi back when someone greets you for needing help. I get fabric from hobby lobby every week buy safe to say I’m going to a different one now.
