Their app lies about what is in stock. I have had multiple trips to the store, having checked the app to verify stock, and left with nothing. Apparently it’s a known thing, but no one does anything about it. I have not had this experience with Home Depot.

Imagine a balloon being tossed from person to person around the room. That’s what the phone calls were like trying to get ahold of a store manager or someone of authority to ask what happened to my $5,000 blind order and installation . It started badly when my email was misspelled ( global) to gobble by the 1st sales associate so emails were missed. This is for a vacation home two hours away from where we live . It would be a step 1, 2 and 3 on the weekends to get this job accomplished because we don’t live there. The installer came and measured the windows which went very smooth. The following weekend we painfully ordered blinds on a new Loews card we opened that day 2/7/27 . I say painful because it was a 1.5 hour process and there was a feeling of uncertainty of the capability’s of the sales associate as she snacked in front of us and not really dialed in. 2 days later a call was made saying the blinds were dropped off to the home. Thinking it was odd and fast my husband took off work and drove 2 hours to bring the blinds in the house. Nothing was there. So he called Lowe’s again being tossed around like a balloon from associate to associate finally being told the order was cancelled. It’s absolutely maddening the time that was wasted for nothing. To get a hold of any manager at the Mt Pleasant Texas store is absolutley impossible. They are “ protect” by associates and the automated phone system. No one in that blinds department can solve a problem. Never ever ever going back !!!!
