  They renovated our 15 year-old inground, plaster pool and the surrounding concrete deck which now look better than they did at the original install. They were great at communicating when each stage of the project would be started and completed and what would be done at each stage. I highly recommend them for any pool installation and/or renovation projects you might need.

  This business did a great job removing an existing water feature and replacing it with a spa. Communications were very clear and timely through the process, and the end result was a great looking Spa.

  Curry Pools was an absolute pleasure from start to finish, and so far we have had a couple of service calls answered as well. They completed our project on time and within our budget. Highly recommend these guys!!!!

  New to the area a year ago and tried to setup maintenance so I could start using my pool, and not 1 of my phone calls were ever returned. I had to actually drive to the store to try and get this setup, and then it was months before they showed up to do the service. This past Nov while doing maint the tech stated I needed to replace the sand in my filter, and he would order everything he would need, and would be out to complete the repair/maint in Jan 2022. I cancelled my bi-weekly maint in Dec, because it made no sense to have them vac the sand off the floor of the pool every time they came, so let them know I would start back on the scheduled maint after they serviced my filter. I called the store twice in Feb, no return call. Called again in April, waited a week then called back and was told "I wrote it up for Craig". The lady in the office also told me they had trouble getting the parts... 5 months to get sand for a filter, really? Then I let her know I had called last week, and asked for a return phone call, so a call letting me know you have what you need now to do the service, and you've sent the request to Craig for scheduling, would have been appreciated. The response, I don't do that, Craig has it. Terrible customer service. I wish there were more options in Titus County.
