Unfortunately my experince went from great and affordable to very expensive real fast, I have been renting storage units for years now and this is the first time I see a company raining their prices to 100% of that the original price was, you know people have commitments, they go our of town and state so not everyone like me can just plan a move out and take their stuff out of your storage unit, it was very expensive to move in and a somewhat erasable price with promotion, and then after only 3 months they price went suddenly up 110% and I did not even receive any notification and no mail like the manager said when I called her to ask about the price showing up on my app, so if I hasdnt check and called I would have been left with this price and nothing to do because they simply did not care. Be aware people, if you see a promotional price. just know that after a very short amount of time they are going to raise it to a minus of 100% of what your already paying which is not worth it at all!!!!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a storage facility. It was surprising. Other employees we encountered were equally kind and friendly. Christine did business like she wanted you to come back again.
