    I purchased an LG knock knock refrigerator barely 5 years ago snd now the whole compressor is out, I couldn’t find my receipt so I called Lowe’s, they kept giving me the run around and finally told me they couldn’t provide one. I had to contact LG and pay $458 out of pocket, I was told by LG that if I had the receipt I wouldn’t have paid anything! I filed a complaint with BBB, received a call from Heather at Lowe’s, who told me because I didn’t purchase their extended warranty, they couldn’t refund me, but offered me a $50 gift card. What a joke, people are struggling right now. My husband has had two strokes and can’t work, so it’s really hard right now, but Lowe’s doesn’t care!!!! I will NEVER give them my business again!!!

    Although my overall review of the location is subpar, I wanted to truly say a special thanks to Lori, a department manager. She deserves the five star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I had been trying to gain clarity on why only part of my delivery was received and set-up, while another appliance was not. I had been trying to speak to someone for an hour and a half and the young lady at customer service desk was extremely rude. I’m a very understanding person and know that stores can be very busy. However customer service applies whether I’m standing directly in front of the person or speaking via phone. Fortunately, after asking (pretty much pleading) to not be transferred again to avoid the call being disconnected as occurred during previous calls, I was privileged to speak with Lori whom took the time to look into my issue and connect me with the installation support team about my order. It took her less than 10min to resolve my concern!!! Again, after an hour and a half of repeated calls and disconnection, she resolved it. I was very pleased with her kindness, patience, and understanding even though the store was busy. I usually visit the store but this time it was an on-line order. They aren’t the friendliest but you get what you need. However, I’m truly thankful for Lori. She saved the review from being a one or two star experience.
