    Lowes custom service normally better than Home Depot however this location worse ever - many time already! impolite and bot professionals at all - talk to old guests i saw the lady put her hands in her pockets all the time and same with me as well- OMG ! they need to go back to the school - Lowes owner here need to hire better attitude return area staffs ! last time will come here !

    I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the Lowe’s in Missouri City, TX. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Stacy, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She’s one of those rare managers who not only runs things smoothly but truly takes pride in her team and the store. She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything went perfectly. You can tell she leads by example. Susan, the cashier who checked me out, was equally amazing — so kind, patient, and helpful. She made my day with her positive attitude and warm energy. It’s the kind of kindness that reminds you there are still people who take pride in treating customers like family. It’s rare to find this level of service anywhere nowadays, but Stacy and Susan made this Lowe’s stand out. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location because of them.

    Erkia helped me out in a tight spot. I left my wallet at home, 20 min drive each way. So I though to place an order online. Perfect! I though, but I did the dumb thing and ordered the paint to another store. Erika helped walk me through getting the order transferred to the store I was in and getting the situation handled. Thank you so much!

    Lowes use to be good at curbside pickup, but the last two times I received an email saying my order was ready but when I checked in at curbside I got a message that my order can't be found and had to go inside to get my order.

    This review is for the rude lady at the returns desk. I come to this Lowe's for all my home renovations and garden needs because I live in the area. I have never returned anything to Lowe's until yesterday. I bought a few bags of garden rocks and after laying a hand full of rocks down, I decided it did not go with my garden pavers. I returned them unaware of Lowe's policy that they do not accept returns on open items (which is different from Home Depot's policy). My dad who was with me said that that is different from Home Depot. In which the rude lady responded with "we are clearly not Home Depot". Her demeanor and response was rude and uncalled for. A simple response such as "we're sorry, Lowe's does not accept returns on open products" to inform customers of company policy. I understand that Company policy is way above her pay grade, but providing quality customer service is at the employee level and she did not provide superior customer service. And while the situation of not being able to get our money back sucks, the customer experience should make us want to come back and shop again. This has been shared with Lowe's corporation.
