At random, called KeyMe and asked the price of programming a car key fob. The quote was about $110, which was excellent and I could juggle my finances to pay this amount. The technician arrived timely, was polite and assessed my needs. After the assessment he showed me the cost of his services would be $330. I almost passed out. (I did tear up). If I had previous knowledge that the bill could increase to that amount I never would have had the technician come to my home. I admit I authorized the work only because I needed my car today. There is no public transportation in my area. I will not use KeyMe in the future and certainly won't recommend it.

I called the locksmith directly due to having his number. He lied and said he would call me back but blocked me o his phone. I used a different number to call him and I told him I was locked out of my house. I called the Company and they said they would call me back.. It's been two hours to be told the technician is not coming back due to him using a screwdriver.. I paid 90.00 for this service and this is how I am treated. The locksmith told me himself If you tighten that type of lock too tight it would jam.. That's exactly what happened to me, but they are not willing to fix what they did.. I would not refer them to anyone.. Bad Customer Service..
