    I’m not sure if Vicky C. was having an off day, but my experience at the register was very disappointing. There was no greeting, no communication, and no sense of customer service or welcoming attitude during our interaction. Unfortunately, the level of respect and representation of the company was not there, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.
