Went to this store and the manager refused to price match the item what it showed on the lowes website. Even though mansfield store said they would if they had the item in stock. Lowes associate looked at manager and said i dont know why you arguing with this guy when you are the manager. Manager told me to buy the item or leave. So I than bought the item online to pick up in store and they canceled my order. Rude and Terrible customer service!

Today I helped an older couple struggling to load top soil into the bed of their truck in the handicap parking near the garden center while workers sat around the material stockpiled outside near them. Another elderly lady asked for my help looking for PVC glue. Again, I love this Lowe’s but would like to see the employees be more proactive when it comes to reaching out to help others, especially the elderly.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
