I called Mike and he immediately called me back (while I was leaving a voicemail). He was willing to come the same day. He thoroughly inspected my property to find any all nest he could find. He treated my property and let me know what to expect and repeatedly told me to call if I was still seeing too many. Living in the country, you are still going to see some no matter what you do. He came back to do a second treatment when I called to say, I was still seeing more than we expected. He wanted to make sure, I got the service I paid for. He was very honest and reasonable.
