  This kiosk is located inside walmart, in the autocare dept. I highly suggest you get them done at your local hardware store instead (if you live near 76084, get them done at the hardware store in Venus... They do it by hand!). I had 3 sets of keys and All 9 of them were not done correctly by the machine. If you have problems, you'd have to call the 1800 number on the machine because walmart is not liable for this. Customer service was very helpful though, hence why I gave them 1 star. I had my money back and got my keys at my local hardware store.

  I had seen the Minute key machine in Walmart before. I was about to walk out and decided to try it because I did need keys made. The process was super simple with the on screen directions. I chose specialty keys so that I could distinguish the keys from others and then there was a bonus offer given for two additional brass keys for maybe $1.50 and I got those too! This is a good concept because I didn't have to make an extra stop a hardware store and then wait for them to find the one person in the entire store who knows how to make keys!! Now, most importantly, I tried the keys when I got home and they all worked likea charm. Now that I know this works well, I am going to go and get other keys made that I've been needing to get made but did not because I didn't go out of my way to do it. This was a smart idea to put a self service key machine in a place that people frequent.

  Quick, very surprised at the ease of use and had 3 keys in just minutes! They give you one free key!

  Paid for 2 keys, only received 1. Store employee claims no responsibility for the machine.
