- CLChuck Laubach6 days ago3.0Customer service employees at this store are the best. Credit card application giving you 20% off your first purchase is a scam. It doesn’t apply to items already reduced in price but Lowes “reduces” the price of all items in their store. For example they show a tool cabinet costs $500 but list it as $450 in their store to show a $50 savings. Then they run a special and reduce it $10ire dollars. The manager on duty on the early morning of 1/6/26 was mia and totally useless the whole time even though I asked for him multiple times. I will return to that store but only because of the professionalism and friendliness of the customer service employees at the store. My regret is I didn’t get their names so I could list them here.

After being here 30 minutes trying to get credit for one piece of PVC trim, I walked down to lumber and asked for my receipt. They called customer service and said they were issuing me a credit. I walked up there to get mt receipt and Xaria pointed back towards lumber... I just walked out, still not having my receipt. *Edit* You waited three days to reply and then replied on a Sunday... The store is obviously not your priority otherwise you'd have replied immediately. No need to call now because it's too late. Someone could have told me they were reviewing camera footage for a $20 item instead of walking away leaving me standing there. One thing I failed to mention is that as soon as I noticed, I pulled up to customer service from the lumber area and told Xaria I still had the items in my vehicle. She said: "If you'd come straight to me with all the items we could have scanned them." I was confused at that point. If this is how the store will be operated, rest assured that the big orange store coming soon will be getting the majority of the local business. I worked for Lowe's once and have been in locations all over the US and I've never seen anything like the:" Ain't my problem." attitude like I saw there. Good luck.

I watched a video and had a list of parts I needed because I had no clue what any of it was or what they do. I explained to the employee what I needed, he jumped in showed me each part and explained to me how to use each one. Lowes you have a WONDERFUL employee named Clinton. He was absolutely patient, kind and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his kindness and help.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
