And they gave me Attitude and would not get out of there chair to help me. Once I found one. I parked my cart with a bunch of lumber on it while I ran to the screw isle and when I came back all my material was put on the floor and someone stole the cart. I just left my hundreds of dollars in material and left the store. When I was walking out I found all the carts outside close to the back of the parking lot. It’s sad this is how bad this store is. I will not come back to this Lowe’s. They need to do better

After waiting, we called the delivery company and they told us they don’t deliver that early and the window should have been 10-2. I called the store and talked to Jorge about the discrepancy since we were now late for work. He then said the window can only be guaranteed from 8 AM to 8 PM! Then he rudely said, “just refuse the delivery if you don’t want it.” Bottom line, if you want something delivered, expect to wait 12 hours! Don’t ask for the store manager, Jorge, because he truly doesn’t respect your time. And don’t believe the text message from Lowe’s because it means nothing!!!
