    This review is written in hopes that store management and corporate leadership will actually see it, because the experience we had at Lowe’s Home Improvement was extremely disappointing. My family drove almost 120 miles to shop here for a refrigerator after the website showed the model in stock. After arriving, we spent over 30 minutes trying to find someone in the appliance department who could help us. When we finally located an employee, they were sitting on their phone and would not even get up to assist us. There was no effort made to check inventory, look up alternate refrigerator options, or provide any meaningful help. It also quickly became clear that very little was actually in stock. When we asked about ordering a refrigerator instead, the request seemed to be treated like a major inconvenience, and that’s when the employee became noticeably rude. We were told one delivery timeline, and then suddenly it “magically” changed to a later date with no explanation. Nothing about the information we were given was consistent or helpful. Before even considering writing a review, I went out to the car and called the store directly to ask for a manager, hoping someone could step in and help us. A manager eventually came over, but unfortunately no real solution was offered, no alternatives were suggested, and there wasn’t even a simple apology after we had driven nearly two hours and spent most of the day trying to get help for something the website said was available. Many customers who shop at this location come from rural communities and drive long distances, so customer service matters even more. Driving that far only to receive inconsistent information, no assistance, and no accountability is incredibly frustrating. My family has been shopping with Lowe’s for over 30 years, and we have never experienced service like this before. I sincerely hope management looks into what is happening in the appliance department because customers making that kind of trip deserve far better service and communication.

    I bought 2 refrigerators (one for the garage) and a GE washer and dryer from Lowe's. The delivery guys did not speak English, and when they brought the refrigerator in scratched it so badly that I went and bought a different one. Then they badly damaged the washer and dryer and had to replace that. The pedestals were defective and had to be replaced. They made about 12 trips to deliver everything, and on the last trip to install the last pedestal, they again scratched my second new washer. They came through my garage, and when they left, I had to make 2-3 trips to the dumpster to throw all the trash they left behind away. Then I went to my new garage refrigerator to get some chicken out of the freezer. I found that my new order of chicken and beef from Rattlesnake Meat I had just put in the freezer were gone. A stack of Natural Grocers bags were also gone. To the delivery men, if you had asked me and really needed it, I would have given you the frozen beef and chicken. To Lowe's, I never want one of your delivery men anywhere near my home again.

    Close home depot and open another lowes. Absolutely awesomeness down every isle. Better prices. Better choices. And Garden/plant section is phenomenal

    They won't honor pricing drill on sale but they wouldn't sell it for that price showed $169 they wanted to charge $269
