Do not buy something that you need delivered. We were given a 8:00 AM - 12 PM delivery window by Lowe’s. After waiting, we called the delivery company and they told us they don’t deliver that early and the window should have been 10-2. I called the store and talked to Jorge about the discrepancy since we were now late for work. He then said the window can only be guaranteed from 8 AM to 8 PM! Then he rudely said, “just refuse the delivery if you don’t want it.” Bottom line, if you want something delivered, expect to wait 12 hours! Don’t ask for the store manager, Jorge, because he truly doesn’t respect your time. And don’t believe the text message from Lowe’s because it means nothing!!!

Mal servicio al cliente, lo mismo en Home Depot, son pocos los empleados, cuando buscas algo específico, solamente te dan el número de la seción.
Prácticamente es imposible encontrar por uno mismo lo que busca. Obvio que no es en todos los casos, pero a mí me ha pasado varias veces.

I buy here out of necessity, not preference. Help is given grudgingly. It's always such a long wait to get someone to help you load an appliance. Slightly cleaner and better stocked than Home Depot, but still always manages to be a difficult experience.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
