Only 2 registers open with cashiers throught the entire store. A Saturday afternoon in April and y'all only provide 1 cashier in the garden section and 1 in lumber. There is no question as to why y'all consistently have far fewer customers than Home Depot. Because of your obvious disdain for customers/sales I chose to leave. I chose to not wait for you to eventually be bothered to allow me to pay for the items I had wanted to purchase. I will instead go to HD.

Trying to order doors for 4 closets and can't get anyone to set up an appointment. I called and a manager on duty was going to call back when they slowed down and it's been two days. This has to be the worst customer service ever.

I had a very frustrating experience at mesquite Lowe’s when trying to return a mower that never worked. The mower doesn’t turn on at all, so I brought it back well within the 30-day return window. Unfortunately, the employee who helped me, Carlos ( supervisor), refused to process the return and told me I wasn’t able to return it.
This was confusing and disappointing because the product is clearly defective and still within the allowed return period. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Carlos was dismissive and unwilling to assist. When customers spend their money on a product that doesn’t even work, the least they expect is for the return policy to be honored.
Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I hope management addresses situations like this so other customers don’t have the same issue.
