I initially felt brushed off, but his immediate response just shows we need to be slow to speak and give others the benefit of doubt. Just because someone doesn't express like you doesn't mean he doesn't care like you. And for that, Manny, I offer a public apology and thank you for your grace and patience. **************** 6 years out... • With regards to the pool and spa, I have not had any substantial repairs or costs to the structure post-install. • I did have to pay someone else to come and correct the poor concrete work. The slope was so off that my covered patio flooded at every rain, which destroyed the decorative concrete overlay. The drainage was too small and poorly placed (above the slope, not at the bottom), so nothing drained. With my new work, my patio stays dry...BIG difference. The installer even noted where the initial installers tried to fix their sloping mistake but just gave up, knowing the problem would remain. • My fiberglass is cracking on the spa, but Manny assured me he'd make sure his warranty contact handled everything quickly. Becca was in touch and has me scheduled. Thankfully, there is no water loss, so there is no urgent rush, but she did offer that option should things change.
