    Can I trust Lowe's to supply my project needs? I have for 40 years, but today I feel sadly betrayed! Lowes doesn't do exchanges except for the EXACT same item--how can you correct a mistake. They won't do store credit, they won't let you have a refund if your receipt is one day over 30 days in some instances! Their customer service person called the Asst. Mngr. Candy, with a voice that intoned I was a problem and she treated me like one. I am not a problem, I am a long term customer, and she did not care whether my needs were met, project was successfull, nada. The only thing they cared about was they had gotten the church's money, and that is the cold hard attitude I received. I am sad to lose a long business relationship for nothing more than corporate greed. Lowes is very senior citizen unhelpful if you forget or make a mistake. I have shopped there longer than many employees have been alive and yet am treated like a stranger and nuisance. Do you remember what CUSTOMER service was supposed to mean, Lowes? Rev. Steve White

    Just got denied at Lowes today. Went in there to buy a grill and I wanted it delivered to the store. They said it didn't show they could have it delivered to their location even though it shows on their website I could buy it and pick it up at store. The guy running return desk seemed confused. I told him I wanted it delivered to their store because I wanted to verify it wasn't damaged before I took it home. The guy got a manager who was some rude girl who looked like she was in her early 20's. She was rude as hell to me. She just said she just worked there and she couldn't do anything to help. They just kept saying I could order it online. I'm at the freaking store and wanted them to do it. I'm going to see if another store can help me with the purchase. The whole thing was a huge disappointment. I came into the store to see the grill in person. They had a special color online that wasn't abalone in store and they wouldn't order it for me. Customer service is just horrible here. I've had similar experiences here in past.

    I don’t visit Lowe’s a lot , yall are Waaaaay better than Honey Depot, you all have team work and an entrepreneurial spirit that is needed to “fix” things . The crew directed me to MRS. PAULINA ! She helped me with a task that she wanted to help with figured it out with me and helped a lot with cutting pipe that many would lazily say no too , the team is nice and don’t turn people away, I appreciate that. HIVE PAULINE A 1.09 $ raise. Need more people like her

    Went the other night to purchase some hand warmers but could not find them. A cashier let us know they were in the garden center and they had 29 of them left. Went to the garden center and the guy there immediately told us they did not have any. Next thing I know I look up and there were about 20 huge rats running across the ceiling and onto some of the bays!! It was so disgusting 🤢 I got out of there fast until I heard another guy say that he found some of the hand warmers. Anyways the rat problem was like nothing I’ve ever seen! Never going there again!

    Came in about 45 minutes before closing. Needed one item .. a spade shovel... needed help locating it and figured it was up high. Went to customer service. Ask the lady for help. She hollared at a guy to come help. I told him what I needed. He informed me to go look in the garden center. I said I need help its probably up high. Was told its too late and lowes doesn't do that at this time of day. Then went back to playing and cutting up with his buddies. Might have been named Darren. I will never come back to this store . Some of the worst customer service.
