    Trying to get a mistake caused by an Lowe’s employee in Mesquite is absolutely impossible!! Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with in my life!!! On 11/10, I bought a toilet for $299, plus install/delivery. When their installer was not qualified to install it on 11/21. I called the store and cancelled the order. At that time Shelly on the phone said she would email me the credit. When I got the email I found she did not issue me the full credit, incorrectly she put - $79 “quoted price” not the full correct $299. So by mistake I was not credited $85.52 ($79 +tax) The next day I went to store and after trying to get Kandi the Asst Mgr to fix the mistake, she referred me to Lowe’s Customer Service. After dealing with Lowe’s Customer Service with NO SUCCESS, I was referred to Lowe’s Credit Card! Now after over 6 weeks of dealing with this Lowe’s Credit Card, Johnathan with Lowe’s Credit is saying I need to get it resolved at the store! In Nov., I had zero balance on my account. After weeks of trying unsuccessfully to get this resolved, my Lowe’s credit card is still showing I owe $85.52 for the mistake the Lowe’s employee made by not giving me the full refund of $299 for the toilet. So here is my question, Is there anyone in the entire Lowe’s organization that knows how to fix a mistake made at their store by their employee??? This issue has brought me so much stress! I will never ever buy anything at Lowe’s again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place forever!! I am sending this without much hope that anyone will help me get the $85.52 credit on my Lowe’s credit card. I want the zero balance I had when I started this ordeal in November. I do not owe $85.52!! But I’ve learned to be disappointed when dealing with this situation created, caused and unable to be fixed by Lowe’s! #donewithLowe’s!

    I just wanted to edit this review. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond to fix my issue. It does not go unnoticed. Thanks again!! First time ever leaving a bad review. Bought a bundle deal on appliances. Realized I had bought the wrong refrigerator (too big). Canceled the fridge and bought the right one. I will say it was partially my fault. One very kind supervisor said she could fix the bundle deal, then the her walked up and said basically tuff luck. Even called corporate office they said the store was the only one that could fix it. Called the store back to speak to the store manager. Scott never returned my phone call. My first and last large purchase there.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with the store manager at the Lowe’s located at 4444 N Galloway Ave, Mesquite, TX 75150 (Store #510). The manager I interacted with displayed a consistently rude demeanor, an unnecessarily harsh and dismissive tone, and a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Her communication was unprofessional, abrupt, and lacking even the most basic courtesy expected from any employee—let alone a store manager. Effective customer service requires patience, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, this interaction reflected none of those qualities. The lack of professionalism raises serious concerns about leadership standards at this location and calls into question the training and hiring decisions made by management. I expect better from a company like Lowe’s and hope this issue is addressed promptly. Driving home and am thicking to myself, maybe i should cancel my transactions with them, why should i patronize someone, anyone with such horrible behavour?.. and i will cancel, i cannot spend more than $3000 in one store and be treated this way.

    I want to point out the excellent customer service we received from Antonio recently. We purchased 10 sections of pvc pipe that had to be cut into short pieces for our decorations - 30 pieces, to be exact. The machine was not working and Antonio cut all of these sections by hand. He also helped other customers while doing this for us. So many other employees would have just said “our machine is down” and that would have been that. Antonio let me know he was not allowed to accept a tip, which is a shame for all the work he did for us. Hopefully, his company recognizes his diligence to quality service for customers.

    This review is for two employees at Lowes Mesquite, Mary Jane and Erlinda in Lawn and Garden. Definitely, not Lowes paint dept which i despise!! Mary Jane, i ran into a few years ago when looking for a portable ac unit. The only one left I was interested in was in a box with the bottom gone. She said if u want this i can see if my manager can get you a better deal. She helped me load it, chased him down and boy did she get me that better deal. She is very sweet, great personality!! Perfect for customer service!!! Also, I was in there last month shopping for flowers for my outside beds and a sweet lady named Erlinda actually approached me asked me what I was looking for. She was pointing out my options which was great because this was my first time planting flowers outside this time of year. She also pointed out the clearance flowers in the back. When checking me out she asked me if I knew about their rewards program. Very helpful, very kind and sweet!! I know I got out of there a lot quicker thanks to Erlinda. Again, GREAT Customer Service!!! On my way out I ran into Mary Jane again who insisted on following me out to my truck and helping me load all of my flowers and soil with me. Thank you, ladies!! It’s so nice to actually go to a store and not have to chase someone down to get some help!! Also, great to see smiles on people’s faces and people that can carry on a conversation. Not robots, like some people these days. Definitely not y’all. Y’all rock😁👍
